The Milwaukee Brewers had an exceptional 2026 season, winning the World Series for the first time in franchise history. They finished the regular season with a record of 103-59 and went 11-2 in the postseason. One of the main criticisms of the team was their lack of power at the plate, as they ended the year tied for second-to-last in home runs with 154.
However, they led Major League Baseball in postseason home runs with 13 in 13 games. Despite their offensive struggles, the Brewers excelled in multiple other offensive categories and were named finalists for the Silver Slugger Awards. The other NL teams named finalists were the Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Washington Nationals.
Jake Bauers, Jackson Chourio, and Brice Turang were all named finalists at their respective positions.
