Melaka: BN-PN election cooperation strong, says Ab Rauf
Melaka BN chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ab Rauf Yusoh expressed satisfaction with the cooperation between the Barisan Nasional (BN) and Perikatan Nasional (PN) election machinery. Ab Rauf visited the Bukit Katil constituency operations room and commended the commitment of both coalition's machinery to carrying out campaign activities in their respective areas.
He highlighted the strong unity and understanding at the grassroots level, particularly Umno's involvement in campaigning for the Pas candidate in Bukit Katil. Ab Rauf expressed hope that this cooperation will continue as there are only seven days left before polling day on November 14. The division of portfolios between BN and PN has not yet been discussed, with the focus on coordinating the election machinery's efforts to secure victory for their respective candidates.
Ab Rauf emphasized that both BN and PN also wanted to save Melaka from the Pakatan Harapan narrative.
