Japanese Govt Issues Administrative Guidance to NTT Docomo for Unauthorized Disclosure of User Information to Amazon
The Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry issued administrative guidance to mobile carrier NTT Docomo, Inc. under the Telecommunications Business Law on Friday, after it was found that Docomo had provided personal information to U.S.-based Amazon.com, Inc. without obtaining user consent.
