I recently discovered that you can use your Steam Wishlist to search for game deals outside of Steam, which helped my nephew save over £40 on Total War: Warhammer 3. The secret lies in connecting your Steam Wishlist to a third-party deals tracker, Is There Any Deal. This platform tracks game sales across various online stores, such as Steam, EA Store, Epic Games Store, GamersGate, GOG, Humble, and more.
By importing your wishlist to the site, you'll receive notifications whenever your desired games go on sale at a discount. In the case of Total War: Warhammer 3, while it was full price on Steam, it was discounted to £7.49 on the Humble Store. My nephew, who had already spent his birthday money on the game, could have saved £42 by taking advantage of this deal.
