Indushekhar was apprehended near a photocopy shop with a 10-year-old boy, whose parents had been murdered. The boy had unknowingly spent time with the suspect, believing his parents were away. Indushekhar had planned to kill the boy too, after having taken him on a trip. The boy’s grandmother, who raised the alarm, was devastated and initially refused to eat.
