Casio G-Shock Mudman GDG-B100 Now Up For Pre-Order In Malaysia

Casio's G-Shock Mudman GDG-B100 watch is now available for pre-order in Malaysia. This rugged outdoor watch comes with an MIP LCD display for enhanced visibility in sunlight, Bluetooth connectivity, and basic fitness tracking features. The three variants of the GDG-B100 series are black (GDG-B100-1), green (GDG-B100-1A3), and sand-colored (GDG-B100-1A5), all sharing the same specifications.

The watch weighs 66g and measures 63.6 x 49.6 x 16.2mm, featuring a carbon fibre-reinforced resin case with a Carbon Core Guard structure. It offers shock, dust, and mud resistance with water resistance up to 200 metres. The MIP LCD display paired with a red LED backlight improves visibility and preserves night vision compared to traditional lighting.

The watch can connect to smartphones via Bluetooth for automatic time adjustments, world time across 300 cities, and notifications from smartphones. It has an accelerometer for step counting and basic workout tracking, recording running distance, speed, pace, calories burned, and supports up to 100 training logs and 140 lap records.

The GDG-B100 also includes a stopwatch, countdown timer with interval measurement, four daily alarms, and vibration alerts. It runs on a replaceable CR2032 battery rated for roughly two years of use. Pre-orders can be made through Casio's official online store in Malaysia, with local availability expected next week.
