YouTube bug makes the app appear in half dark mode, half light
A bug is causing issues with dark and light mode on YouTube.
YouTube users have been encountering a perplexing bug that causes the mobile app to display the playback area and comments section in dark mode, while the rest of the interface remains in light mode. This anomaly affects both Android and iOS devices. The issue persists irrespective of whether dark mode or light mode has been enabled via the settings.
Switching Ambient mode on or off also does not resolve the problem. Users have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including restarting the app, phone, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and adjusting accessibility settings, but the issue remains unresolved.
