Nollywood actor Kunle Afod has spoken about his separation from his wife Desola Afod, also known as Celeb Wife. This news broke after months of rumors surrounding their marital crisis. Afod addressed the issue in a recent interview with Kasnasty Sugar on YouTube.

Desola reportedly left their marital home in February 2026, leading to the breakdown of their marriage. The actor spoke in metaphors during the interview, attributing the cause of their separation to jealousy and cheating allegations from both sides. Afod questioned the double standards of women who use sex toys but disapprove of their husbands doing the same.

Afod also revealed that the demanding nature of his job often left him with little time for his family. When asked directly about the cause of his separation, Afod replied, "Separation from my wife? This job is heavy to the extent that we sometimes don't have time for our home."

In addressing the issue of infidelity, Afod apologized to women, explaining that men cannot cheat with inanimate objects like trees or wood, while women can cheat with other women more easily. He cautioned that women who are overly close to female friends may be seen as unfaithful by their husbands. Afod also noted that when women use sex toys, they may become defensive if their husbands are caught with their own.
