The 2027 NFL Draft order is taking shape, with contenders and pretenders separating themselves entering Week 9.
As the 2027 NFL season enters Week 9, the Los Angeles Chargers find themselves in an odd position, holding the top pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. Currently, the Chargers sit at the bottom of the standings with a 0-7 record, making them the league's only winless team. Following the Chargers in the draft order are the Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins, who both have 1-7 and 1-6 records, respectively.
The top five of the draft order is completed by the New York Jets, who appear in different capacities depending on the situation. The Jets are currently 2-6, but they could be either the 2nd or 3rd team on the draft clock, depending on the outcomes of other games.
The 2027 NFL Draft will take place at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., from April 29th through May 1st. The full draft order for Week 9 of the regular season can be found at Tankathon.com.
