Herzog expresses concern over US aid
<p>President Isaac Herzog expressed concern over the issue of US aid to Israel, saying the announcement that it was being stopped had come as "a bolt from the blue."</p><p>Herzog noted that the US-Israel Memorandum of Understanding on military assistance is set to remain in effect until 2028, and stressed the need to form a government and avoid another round of elections.</p>
