During the WNBA championship parade celebrating the Golden State Valkyries' historic title win, star forward Gabby Williams accidentally included profanity in her speech, unintentionally using the phrase "motherf**kers." Williams, who helped the team secure the championship by contributing both offensively and defensively, acknowledged her teammates' support and joked about her own mistakes throughout the season.
The Valkyries were recognized for their defensive prowess, ranking first in the league in both opponents' points per game (75.1) and defensive rating (100.6), with Williams anchoring that effort. She was named to the All-Defensive First Team and finished second in Defensive Player of the Year voting.
