From Super Bowl MVP to Music Videos: Julian Edelman Is Just Getting Started At FOX Sports
"Once I started doing TV, there's a lot of similarities between the day-to-day in sports television and being an athlete. I've grown to love it." The post From Super Bowl MVP to Music Videos: Julian Edelman Is Just Getting Started At FOX Sports appeared first on Barrett Media.
Julian Edelman, the Super Bowl MVP, is branching out into music videos and sports media. After a successful 12-year NFL career with the New England Patriots, the Patriots Hall of Famer has transitioned to a new chapter in his life. Edelman's first music video, "Talkin' Football," features himself and his podcast co-host, Rob Gronkowski, performing a duet in a setting reminiscent of Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.
The video, created in partnership with The San Clemente Experiment and directed by Clay Weiner, showcases Edelman and Gronkowski's chemistry and their personalities beyond the football field. Edelman credits his success in sports media to the traits he learned during his time with the NFL, including working in a team environment, brainstorming sessions, and the pressure to perform.
The show debuted during the NFL season, marking the most-viewed debut month of any FOX Sports digital franchise.
