Camp Snap just shrank its viral retro camcorder in half with the colorful CS-8 Mini – and the reason why goes back to its roots
The Camp Snap CS-8 just got a tiny remake. The CS-8 Mini is designed for smaller hands, going back to Camp Snap's roots
Camp Snap has reduced the size of its popular retro camcorder, the CS-8, to create the CS-8 Mini. The smaller version retains the same viral retro video quality and features of the original, including 2.7K resolution, no traditional screen, electronic viewfinder, five film-inspired presets, and 8x digital zoom. The Mini is designed to be more travel-friendly and better suited for kids, weighing just 0.58 lbs / 262g and measuring 6 inches long, 2 inches thick, and 5.6 inches wide.
The CS-8 Mini also keeps the trigger-style shooting, retro dials, and battery life and memory card space indicators but in a smaller format. The CS-8 Mini is available in four bright colors and lists for $149.99.
