3 Orchard Central tenants asked to move out will cross the road to JustCo Place
They are martial arts academy Evolve MMA, social dining bar and bistro Helen’s, and KTV brand K.STAR Karaoke.
Three tenants, Evolve MMA, Helen's, and K.STAR Karaoke, have been asked to leave their spaces at Orchard Central and relocated to JustCo Place. Evolve MMA will occupy a 10,000 sq ft space at their new home, joining fitness brand Aarmy and UK-based Karve as tenants in the new development. JustCo Place, located at 160 Orchard Road, is a "live-work-play" hub with five levels of co-working and retail spaces, and another five levels of co-living apartments.
The mall's CEO, Kong Wan Sing, expressed confidence in the strong leasing momentum and the long-term value the new tenants will bring to the property.
