2027: Obasanjo’s son backs Tinubu’s re-election

Olujuwon Obasanjo, son of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has announced his support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid in 2027 by joining the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement as a Special Adviser on Political Affairs. Olujuwon made this announcement during a visit to the movement's headquarters in Abuja, where he was warmly received by the National Coordinator, Sunday Asuku.

After taking a tour of the facility to get acquainted with its operations, Olujuwon expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, calling it an honor and privilege. He praised the group's grassroots mobilization, community outreach, and efforts to promote the activities of the Tinubu administration. Olujuwon, who has been an APC member since 2014, commended the movement for its achievements in areas such as salary payments, infrastructure development, and investment opportunities.

He expressed confidence that sustained support for Tinubu would help the administration consolidate its gains and deliver more dividends of democracy to Nigerians.
