Zelensky speaks with Witkoff, Kushner ahead of trilateral meeting in Abu Dhabi

Ukrainian President Zelensky announced a detailed conversation with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, ahead of a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia in Abu Dhabi. The discussion took place on Facebook, according to Ukrinform. Zelensky emphasized that a substantive meeting had occurred in Brussels, involving various international teams focused on post-war reconstruction.

Another meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, centered on securing Ukraine's safety. He reiterated Ukraine's commitment to advancing negotiations for a swift end to the conflict, while highlighting the importance of air defense systems. Zelensky also stressed the need to strengthen cooperation with the United States, particularly in the Drone Deals format.

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff confirmed that the U.S. would facilitate working-level talks between Ukraine and Russia, set for November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi.
