Woman who was beaten by her ex-husband says 'life could've been in jeopardy' after N.L. justice department didn't tell her about his release
A survivor of intimate partner violence says no one told her in advance that her attacker was out of prison, even though she was registered with Victim Services. The Department of Justice and Public Safety won't comment on the specific case but says, if a victim has asked for information about an inmate's release, "attempts will be made to inform the victim."
