The Chicks Celebrate Democrats’ Historic ‘Blunami’ Midterm Election Victory With Two-Word Message to President: ‘F–k Trump’
The country trio could not have been more excited to see Republicans suffer massive losses on Tuesday night (Nov. 3) during their show in Los Angeles.
On Tuesday night, November 3rd, the Texas country music trio The Chicks celebrated Democrats' historic midterm election victory with a bold message to President Trump: "F--k Trump." The fans sported the two-word declaration during their show at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. The bold message reflected the widespread rejection of Trump's chaotic second term by voters.
The Chicks, known for their political outspokenness, often criticized the Trump administration, including referring to him as a "deranged nut job." The historic victory saw Democrats secure a majority in the Senate and gain control of both chambers of Congress. The Chicks' home state of Texas swung blue, with James Talarico winning a Senate seat for the Democrats, marking the first such victory for the state since 1994.
The blue wave also resulted in a massive win in House races, with Democrats predicted to take over both chambers in the new year. The sweeping victory was seen as a referendum on Trump's unpopular policies, potentially leading to several investigations into the administration and the Trump family's wealth gains.
