Russia Announces Scholarships for Pakistani Students With Monthly Stipend

The Russian government has introduced a new scholarship program to support talented Pakistani students pursuing higher education at Russian universities. As outlined by the Russian Embassy in Pakistan, the scholarship covers various costs, including travel expenses, medical insurance, accommodation, and a monthly stipend of 27,093 rubles for the 2026-27 academic year.

Eligibility requires winning or placing in the International Open Doors Olympiad, securing a place at a Russian university, and meeting the grant's conditions. Financial assistance covers the entire academic period, provided students maintain good academic performance. The scholarship is available to winners, runners-up, and top performers in the Olympiad who gain admission to participating Russian universities.
