Rahul backed ‘Janatana Sarkar’ of Maoists’: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized the Congress party on Tuesday, accusing them of supporting Maoist activities and backing an unconstitutional Janatana Sarkar. Addressing the closing ceremony of Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav, Shah highlighted the government's stance that law-abiding citizens would be treated as citizens, while those who violate the law would face firm action.

He emphasized the importance of Parliament functioning and offered to convene a special session to discuss matters. Shah accused Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, of supporting a parallel Janatana Sarkar with its own leadership, despite lacking constitutional authority. He further mocked Rahul Gandhi for staging a fake Parliament, stating that it was a mockery of the institution.
