The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office (SAPO) have exposed a criminal organization whose members systematically provided illicit benefits to senior law enforcement officials in exchange for unimpeded operation of fraudulent call centers and other illegal businesses.
