“‘Oh My God, What?'” – Serena Williams’ Coach Can’t Believe What Jessica Pegula Went Through With United Airlines
Serena Williams’ coach, Rennae Stubbs, reacted to American tennis player Jessica Pegula taking a jab at United Airlines for poor communication and mismanagement. Following an impressive season, Pegula has earned a spot at the year-end tournament, the WTA Finals, which begins on Nov.
Serena Williams' coach, Rennae Stubbs, expressed amazement at American tennis player Jessica Pegula's reaction to a recent incident involving United Airlines. Pegula had taken to social media to criticize the airline for poor communication and mismanagement following her trip to California for the WTA Finals. The flight was initially canceled, passengers were asked to collect their baggage, and they waited on the plane for over two hours in heavy rain before the airline decided to take off with the bags still on board.
Stubbs reacted with disbelief, exclaiming, "Ohhhhh my god! 😂 what?????" The incident occurred after Pegula's impressive season, earning her a spot at the WTA Finals starting on Nov. 8 in Indian Wells. Stubbs also recently advised Carlos Alcaraz, Serena Williams' teammate, to work on his serve, particularly on faster courts, to improve his chances of winning more Grand Slams.
