Apple has included a captivating screensaver in the latest macOS 27.3 beta 1, showcasing a visually striking representation of the new MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display. The animated screensaver, aptly named "Pro Light," displays vibrant, flowing metallic lines spelling out the word "PRO." As the light subtly travels along these lines, it illuminates different parts of the letters while simultaneously fading others into darkness.
This animated wallpaper, created to celebrate the launch of the new MacBook Pro, has been met with mixed reactions from users, with some finding it visually appealing and others perceiving it as a glitchy or broken screen. Interestingly, this timing is not ideal, considering recent reports of display issues affecting the iPhone Duo.
Despite this, Apple has made the screensaver version, called "Pro Light," available in the latest beta release. For those who appreciate the artwork, a recreation by Basic Apple Guy is already available for download.
