Kyiv Water Supplies Restored After Emergency Blackouts Lifted
Kyiv has fully restored water supplies and returned to scheduled power outages after Russia’s Tuesday bombardment of Ukraine’s energy grid. All water and sewage pumping stations are operating normally, authorities said, while emergency power cuts have been lifted in most regions. The state energy operator says the grid remains under strain, particularly in the capital and the surrounding region.
