Kyiv Water, Power Outages Continue After Massive Russian Attack on Energy Grid
Kyiv continues to experience widespread water and electricity disruptions following Russia’s Nov. 3 attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, which damaged key facilities in the capital’s regional energy hub and triggered emergency power cuts. The outages have also halted tram and trolleybus services, while authorities have introduced additional bus routes and opened heating points for residents.
