iOS 27.3 upgrades Apple Music in two ways, here’s what’s new
Apple Music is getting two upgrades in iOS 27.3, which just debuted in beta this week. Here’s what’s new. more…
Apple Music users will receive two major upgrades with the upcoming iOS 27.3, which recently debuted in beta. The most significant addition is a new 'Selfie Sing' feature, enabling users to create karaoke videos using their selfies. This was discovered by Aaron Perris in iOS 27.3 beta 1 and can be accessed by searching for Apple's 'Selfie Sing' playlist.
The feature essentially integrates the existing Apple Music Sing capabilities into a standalone selfie video tool, allowing users to share their creations on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Additionally, when browsing lyrics in landscape mode, the animated artwork will now seamlessly transition into the lyrics view, similar to the iPhone Duo experience.
This update, originally spotted by Beta Profiles on X, brings a visually appealing change to all iPhone models. For those interested in Apple Music, it currently costs $11.99 per month or can be included in the Apple One bundle. For more Apple news, check out 9to5Mac on YouTube.
