FSU QB Ashton Daniels' passing stats through Week 9
Ashton Daniels takes on Mason McKenzie at Chestnut Hill; what team has the edge at quarterback?
The Florida State Seminoles Seminoles will face the Boston College Eagles for the first time since 2023 in an ACC matchup at Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Boston College has had some success at quarterback in recent years, with Matt Ryan becoming the No. 3 overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons and the ACC's Offensive Player of the Year in 2007.
However, Florida State's 27-17 upset of Boston College on November 3, 2007, is remembered as one of the defining moments in this series. From 2020 to 2025, Boston College has only had three winning seasons, failing to win more than seven games since 2009 and no more than ten since 2007. Their last losing season was in 2025, with a 2-10 record.
This report provides an overview of Boston College's quarterback Mason McKenzie in comparison to Florida State's Ashton Daniels.
