The Democrat released a video featuring the song on Tuesday morning as Election Day began. In the video, El-Sayed writes, "Michigan. It's time. It's up to us to show the country what's possible. The world is watching." Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Wonder have also endorsed El-Sayed, with Springsteen posting on Instagram, "Dr.
El-Sayed is a fighter for our American Constitution. He's a fighter for our American Democracy." The race between El-Sayed and Republican Mike Rogers is tight, with the outcome yet to be determined as of Tuesday evening.
