A criminal organization operating under the cover of law enforcement agencies, which was exposed by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), planned to bribe ministers and harm the health of journalist Denys Bihus in connection with the issue of drug distribution through the U420 chain of stores.
