Christine And The Queens have unveiled an exciting new single titled "Rendez-vous Avec Toi," marking a fresh start for the artist. Collaborating with notable musicians like Logic1000 and Thee Diane, Redcar has released this teaser for an upcoming album set to drop next spring. Alongside the original French version, an English remake named "Rendez-vous In Your Arms" is also available.
Redcar shares his inspiration behind the track, stating, "I have a rendez-vous with you, tonight I have obsessed about it since the morning." The single embodies the devotion one holds for someone who is always waiting for them, representing the meaning they bring to life through their presence. Redcar describes the song as a "new interstellar traveling of Christine and the Queens," showcasing the artist's exploration of various musical elements such as jazz, Moroder groove, and new York influences.
In a heartfelt dedication, Redcar emphasizes that names and boxes never define the bond shared between him and the listener. Instead, he describes the song as an electrifying, mysterious connection that continues to evolve. The promise of a "blue flower" and a signal from another planet creates a sense of wonder and peace, symbolizing a shared story that transcends the teachings of the world.
To complement the single, Redcar has released a music video directed by himself and Raphaël De Albuquerque. The video can be viewed alongside "Rendez-vous In Your Arms" for an immersive experience into the artist's latest creation.
