The Virtual University of Pakistan, in partnership with Cisco Networking Academy, has opened registration for free online courses focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity. These courses are offered through the university's Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Learn-A-Thon 2026, an eight-week learning initiative organized by its Professional Development Center.

Participants can enroll in nine specialized courses, covering topics such as cybersecurity, digital safety, generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical applications of AI. The program provides 100% free enrollment, and upon successful completion of the courses, participants can earn Cisco digital badges and certificates. The Virtual University aims to equip students and professionals with in-demand digital skills relevant to today's technology-driven job market.
