Saliba returns to Arsenal training ahead of Champions League clash

William Saliba has returned to Arsenal's training at their London Colney centre for the first time this season, ahead of their Champions League match against Slavia Prague. The French international defender, who injured his back during the World Cup in July, has been absent from the team's activities. During the close season, Arsenal brought in England centre-back Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa, who has integrated well with Gabriel Magalhaes in the heart of the defence.

However, despite his recent return to light training, Saliba is expected to miss both the match in Prague and any call-ups from France coach Zinedine Zidane for the upcoming Nations League games against Italy and Turkey.
