Police Mock Car Chase Criminal for Getting Arrested Right Before GTA 6 Release
Police in Derbyshire, UK, are going viral after making a TikTok video mocking a criminal who led them on a high-speed car chase, saying the suspect will now miss out on GTA 6’s highly-anticipated launch as a consequence of their actions.
Police in Derbyshire, UK, are receiving attention for a TikTok video they posted on November 3, mocking a criminal involved in a recent car chase. The video, edited to resemble Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) aesthetics, mocks the suspect's arrest, stating he will miss the highly-anticipated game's release. The suspect, 28-year-old Jack Vickrage, has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, drug-driving, and cannabis possession.
The constabulary claims the incident happened in the town of Ripley. Commenters praised the video, suggesting the police should receive early access to GTA 6 or even a raise, joking that the prisoner could watch them play from behind bars. GTA 6 is set to launch on November 19, and the video has added to the excitement surrounding the release.
