Apple has made macOS 27.2 available for developer beta testing, marking the beginning of the next phase of beta testing for macOS 27.3 Golden Gate. Last week, Apple had released macOS 27.2 Golden Gate, which introduced enhanced language support for Siri AI and new conversation recall capabilities. Apart from this, Apple also unveiled a range of new hardware, including M6-powered iMacs and 14-inch MacBook Pro models, as well as a MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display featuring Touch capability.
The upcoming macOS 27.3 Golden Gate is anticipated to further expand Siri AI language support, potentially adding Traditional Chinese, Norwegian, Turkish, and Vietnamese. This update also aligns with Apple's plans to roll out Apple Intelligence in China with iOS 27.3. However, the first developer beta of macOS 27.3 will only be available on the iPhone, pending regulatory approvals for other platforms.
The build number for macOS 27.3 Golden Gate Developer Beta 1 is 26C5035r. Apple encourages users to explore the new features in the beta and share any observations in the comments. Further insights on the beta will be shared by 9to5Mac on YouTube.
