IPL 2027 transfers: List of confirmed swaps, trade rumours as Hardik Pandya linked to CSK, DC, KKR move
Trades are gathering pace as franchises begin reshaping their squads for IPL 2027.
The IPL 2027 trade window has ignited significant speculation as franchises aim to bolster their rosters ahead of the upcoming season. While the Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants have finalized a swap involving Rishabh Pant and Kuldeep Yadav, rumors abound regarding other potential moves. Among the top targets is Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya, who has caught the attention of multiple teams.
CSK, DC, and KKR are reportedly interested in acquiring the star player, though CSK's CEO has dismissed any intent to sign Pandya. Punjab Kings are close to finalizing a deal with the Mumbai Indians, potentially sending Shivam Dube and Ayush Mhatre in exchange. KKR, meanwhile, may include Cameron Green in any swap involving Hardik.
Gujarat Titans are also in the mix, willing to trade Yashasvi Jaiswal for the captain. Hardik's preferred destination may be Gujarat Titans, though his high captaincy demands may complicate matters. Mumbai Indians' willingness to let him go without his captaincy has piqued the interest of other franchises, including Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals.
The IPL 2027 mini-auction is scheduled for December 16, 2026, in Goa, with the franchise deadline set for November 15, 2026.
