Renowned economist Jeffrey D Sachs said India could become the world’s largest economy by the end of the century, with a population twice that of China. Speaking at the World Symposium on "Ancient Wisdom for Modern Challenges" in Varanasi, he said the world was moving towards a multipolar order where no single country or region would dominate.
