EU to Hold Security Talks Ahead of Russia Meeting
The European Commission will host talks on Ukraine in Brussels on Nov. 4, ahead of US-mediated negotiations with Russia in Abu Dhabi on Nov. 10-11. Ukrainian, American, European, NATO, and World Bank representatives will attend. The discussions form part of a diplomatic push on security guarantees and reconstruction, with Kyiv seeking binding commitments to prevent another Russian invasion.
