Dubai Industrial City launches fitness hub for Dubai Fitness Challenge

Dubai Industrial City has introduced a dedicated fitness hub for its workforce as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026. The initiative aims to promote an active lifestyle among employees and members of the industrial community. TECOM Group, a major manufacturing and logistics hub in the region, has established the program to make fitness activities more accessible to workers in the district.

The eight-day programme kicked off with a two-kilometre community fitness walk, followed by group warm-up sessions and various daily sessions such as yoga, Zumba, and Fit & Flex workouts. The final event will be a football tournament finale on November 8, bringing together members of the industrial community. By setting up the fitness hub in an industrial area, Dubai Industrial City is extending the reach of the challenge to the workplace, demonstrating the importance of community-focused initiatives in promoting healthier lifestyles and strengthening connections between employees.
