BISP Offers Free Skills Training With Monthly Stipend for Eligible Families

The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has introduced its Benazir Hunarmand Program, providing free technical and vocational training along with monthly stipends to eligible families. The scheme covers disciplines such as Information Technology, healthcare, hotel management, construction, beauty services, and fashion and textiles.

Courses typically last between three and six months, depending on the chosen field. To be eligible, candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old, have completed at least Matriculation (10th grade), and be registered in the BISP Dynamic Registry. Only one person per eligible family may enroll. Interested individuals can register via the official Benazir Hunarmand Program portal (hunarmand.bisp.gov.pk) or by visiting their nearest BISP Tehsil Office with their CNIC and mobile number.
