Banyan Group presents six Phuket real estate projects in Hong Kong

Banyan Group Residences is showcasing six luxury Phuket real estate projects in Singapore on November 14-15, 2026. The sales exhibition aims to tap into the shift in buyer demand towards long-term residency rather than holiday ownership. Banyan Group Residences has seen a 38% year-on-year increase in first-half sales, with Singapore being one of its key buyer markets. The exhibition follows the company's record first-half sales.

Laguna Phuket, with over 70 nationalities represented, accounts for more than 60% of condominium purchases in Phuket, many choosing to live in their properties instead of simply investing. Banyan Group Residences plans to launch up to USD 1 billion in new luxury projects in Phuket over the next two to three years. The company ranks first in Asia and fifth globally for branded residences.

Six notable developments will be presented at the exhibition, including Banyan Tree Beach Residences Nerea, a collection of three-bedroom duplex residences with yacht-inspired design, private pools, and home gyms. Oceanus features sixteen absolute beachfront residences on Bang Tao Beach, while Varuna offers eight four-bedroom beachfront townhomes with private lifts and rooftop infinity pools.

Angsana Golf Residences, Bellaguna Golf Residences, and Bellaguna Lake Residences showcase various residential options with private pools and access to the Sanctuary Club membership.
