Yo Yo Honey Singh heartbroken after nephew killed in Jalandhar road accident: ‘Dark decade’

On Sunday morning, two young men lost their lives in a tragic accident in Jalandhar, Punjab. Vidit Olak, nephew of renowned singer and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh, was among the victims. The other deceased was Aarav Talwar, son of the owner of Jalandhar's Pappy Sweets. Their Volkswagen collided with a parked tractor-trolley on a flyover near Police Lines area in Jalandhar.

The crash occurred early Sunday, around 1:30 am in the UAE time zone. Police reported that sanitation workers were cleaning the flyover when the accident took place. The two victims, along with two other friends who had attended a birthday party earlier, were returning home from BMC Chowk towards BSF Chowk in the car. Sadly, all five friends could not be saved.

Vidit and Aarav were the only ones in the car during the collision. After the incident, police arrived at the scene and took the bodies to the police station. The families decided not to file any legal proceedings, and the bodies were returned to them. In response to the devastating loss, Honey Singh expressed his grief on Instagram, stating "Its dark decade for me.

Loss of my nephew is devastating. Bhole nath mehr mehr mehr." The post was shared with Vidit's father, and the singer concluded the message with a prayer to Lord Shiva.
