Week 8 NFL Picks With The Whole Field In Mind

NFL Week 8 Picks

Week 8 of the NFL season has brought some exciting matchups. Here are my picks for the games, based on my analysis of team performance and overall mood.

INDIANAPOLIS AT JACKSONVILLE (-10.5), 1 p.m.

The Colts have gone through a lot of changes recently, trading away key players and firing their GM. I'm not convinced they've fully found their footing again after Daniel Jones' injury. While they have won 4 of their last 7 meetings against the Colts, I'm taking the Jaguars at +10.5.

CLEVELAND (+3.5) AT PITTSBURGH, 1 p.m.

The Browns have been dominant this season, going 5-2. They did beat the Steelers at home earlier this year by a field goal. The Steelers have been solid as well, but I'm taking Cleveland at +3.5. They seem like the underdogs in this one.

LAS VEGAS (+1.5) AT NEW YORK JETS, 1 p.m.

The Jets have had some issues lately, especially with clock management and defense. The Raiders have been decent this season, going 5-2 against the spread. While the Jets have struggled, I think the Raiders have been exposed after starting 3-0. I'll take the Raiders at +1.5.

KANSAS CITY AT DENVER (+1.5), Later in the day

The Chiefs have been struggling recently, getting steamrolled by the Seattle defense. The Raiders have been exposed as well, but with a functional offense. I can't see either team scoring a lot, but the Rams have a bit more offensive firepower. I see this ending 20-3 in favor of the Rams.
