Qatar, Honduras discuss trade and investment opportunities

Mohamed bin Ahmed bin Twar Al-Kuwari, First Vice Chairman of Qatar Chamber, met with Karim Qubain, President of the Cortés Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Honduras. The discussion focused on enhancing trade and investment ties between the two nations. Mohamed bin Twar expressed enthusiasm for closer economic cooperation, noting the interest of Qatari investors in Honduras.

He emphasized the need for a memorandum of understanding to foster communication and encourage business exchanges. In response, Karim Qubain highlighted Honduras' potential in sectors such as mining, agriculture, tourism, and natural resources. He invited Qatari businessmen to explore investment prospects in Honduras and stressed the importance of signing the MoU to establish a cooperative framework.
