This year, she morphed into a colossal, blood-stained hand, donning a meticulously crafted costume that exposed bones, tendons, and ligaments. The supermodel made a striking entrance at her annual Halloween party in New York City, arriving in a truck adorned with red warning signs and flanked by individuals garbed in yellow hazmat suits.

Her costume boasted an oversized hand, characterized by elongated red-painted nails and rings, while her wrist appeared to be severed. The palm of the hand featured her face, with only her eyes and mouth visible. Klum's rings, including her wedding band from her husband Tom Kaulitz, and a tattoo of his name on her ring finger, were incorporated into the design. The costume also paid homage to her husband's name, adorned as a tattoo on the ring finger.

The costume took approximately five to six hours to complete. However, the most arduous aspect of the transformation was carrying the elaborate ensemble. Klum confessed, "Hands down, the hardest thing is carrying it. It’s quite heavy."
