Dreame Ecceluxe Go review: a pocket-sized espresso maker with its own boiler for easy coffee at camp

The Dreame Ecceluxe Go is a compact, cordless espresso machine designed for use while camping, hiking, or during other excursions without easy access to a stove or kettle. Unlike many portable coffee makers, it heats the water itself before extracting the espresso shot. The sleek coffee maker is smaller than typical travel mugs and comes in a smart case with adapters for three different types of coffee capsules, plus loose ground coffee.

To brew, simply insert a Nespresso Original, Nestlé Dolce Gusto, or ESE (Easy Serve Espresso) pod into the appropriate adapter, and you're ready to go.

Brewing with cold water takes about six minutes, and a single charge can brew two or three times. However, if access to hot water is available, the Ecceluxe Go can switch to direct brewing mode, which uses water from its water tank and brews much faster. Although it's an excellent and versatile little brewer, the device's touch-sensitive control button can be accidentally pressed when handling and setting up.

Dreame has not announced a price for the Ecceluxe Go, so the review is based solely on design and performance, with a potential value score update upon price publication.
