Dave Portnoy ruthlessly mocks Angel Reese with video after WNBA Finals loss
One of Angel Reese’s most vocal haters, Dave Portnoy is letting the WNBA superstar hear about it on social media after the Atlanta Dream’s Finals loss. Dave Portnoy is at times one of the most divisive and controversial personalities on social media, and nothing encapsulates that more than his WNBA takes.
Dave Portnoy, the controversial CEO behind Barstool, has mercilessly mocked Angel Reese following the Atlanta Dream's WNBA Finals loss. Portnoy, known for his disdain towards Reese, has been vocal about his disapproval of her since her LSU days. With a '0-1 lifetime' record in the WNBA Finals, Portnoy couldn't resist sharing a lowlights video that showcases Reese's struggles during the series.
In the video, Reese is seen talking about winning a title and trash-talking on the court, interspersed with her air balls, missed shots, and turnovers from the Finals. The post, which features laughing emojis, reads, "Yoooo... Who made this video? Angel 0-1 lifetime in WNBA Finals." Portnoy's aggressive online presence is indicative of the fierce rivalry between fans of Clark and Reese, which is a common occurrence in modern sports.
