Daura: Makinde is the Most Competent, Credible Presidential Candidate for 2027 Election

Alhaji Lawal Daura, the vice-presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), has declared Seyi Makinde, the Oyo State Governor and the party's presidential candidate, as the most competent and credible presidential contender for the 2027 general election. This statement comes after Daura received support from the Northern Patriotic Front (NPF) and presented a vision for a four-year, all-inclusive, transitional government of national unity dedicated to rebooting Nigeria's economy, education, security structure, and social-political landscape.

Daura, during a recent meeting with NPF leaders in Abuja, lauded Makinde's unmatched performance as governor of Oyo State, emphasizing his unmatched competence and credibility amidst other presidential candidates in the forthcoming election. The APM vice-presidential candidate urged Nigerians to refrain from ethnic divisions and concentrate on candidates' achievements, public service records, and administrative records.

Daura challenged anyone who doubts Makinde's eligibility to serve as President to analyze his resume and performance history.

Furthermore, Daura highlighted Makinde's transparency and accountability as qualities that set him apart from other candidates.
