Senator Abdulaziz Yari, former Governor of Zamfara State and Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, expressed faith on Saturday that President Bola Tinubu's record and the party's campaign strategies will lead to his re-election in the 2027 presidential election. Speaking to journalists in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Yari emphasized that Tinubu's performance record, reliance on God, and the campaign council's outreach would persuade Nigerians to vote him back into office.
Yari joined Tinubu and other prominent Nigerians to perform Umrah, the Islamic lesser pilgrimage to Mecca, and stressed that the success of the election rests on God's divine choice.
