Sheikha Latifa meets Emirati scholarship students in South Korea

During a visit to Seoul, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed, chairwoman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, met with Emirati scholarship students attending prestigious South Korean universities. The meeting encompassed discussions on their academic progress, areas of specialization, and experiences in Korean higher education and research.

Accompanying Sheikha Latifa were Maryam Al Hammadi, Minister of State and Secretary General of the UAE Cabinet, and Aisha Miran, Director General of Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority. Sheikha Latifa expressed pride in the dedication and ambition of the scholarship students, stating that their knowledge and expertise would bolster their personal and professional growth, while also contributing to future opportunities.

She commended the students' discipline and passion, encouraging them to leverage Korea's scientific and technological advancements to bring world-class expertise and best practices to the UAE. The students affirmed that Sheikha Latifa's visit motivated them to pursue academic excellence and apply their knowledge to serve the UAE's future.

The discussions also touched upon the support and resources available to aid Emirati students in their academic pursuits.
