Kirk Herbstreit Reveals His Pick to Win National Championship
The team is coming off of a bad upset, so, fingers crossed?
During ESPN’s College GameDay, Kirk Herbstreit gave his thoughts on Saturday’s Georgia Bulldogs game against the Florida Gators. He also shared his opinion on who could be a Championship contender. Herbstreit said, “I’m saying Georgia even though they’re coming off of a loss.” He believed the loss, with its three turnovers and uncharacteristic mistakes by Gunner Stockton, might help the team settle down.
Georgia has had two weeks to prepare for Florida, according to Herbstreit. “Three turnovers – uncharacteristic by Gunner Stockton. I think he will play much better today,” he added. Herbstreit also highlighted Georgia’s strong rushing attack and the impact of their running back, Jadan Baugh. Kirby Smart, the Bulldogs’ coach, echoed this sentiment, stating that giving Baugh more touches would give the team confidence.
